Only a few remains of the inn have survived to the present day, and its location is given approximately. It now lies among the houses within Köprüköy. The Köprüköy Inn, located in the Köprüköy district of Erzurum, is a historic caravanserai thought to have been built in 1297 by Çoban Sulduz, the vizier of Gazan Mahmut Han. Now in ruins, the building has an entrance flanked by two cells on each side and a rectangular courtyard at the rear. Erdmann writes the following about the inn at Köprüköy (No. 101): the inn lies in the village of Köprüköy on the Erzurum–Horasan road, just before reaching the Çoban Bridge.
