Editor's Note
One of the most intact classical Ottoman structures still standing in old Erzincan, this bath was built in 1548 by Şeyh Ahmed bin Mahmud. The four-iwan, corner-celled building is entered through two separate doors on its east side. The bath's changing, cold, and hot sections are roofed with pendentive domes. The building is today used for a purpose other than its original function. Source: Culture Portal. In 2016 it began to be restored by the Erzincan Special Provincial Administration.
