The church measures 13.7 by 20.20 meters on the interior. Although it appears to be built entirely of cut stone, it is essentially a masonry structure with only the visible inner and outer surfaces dressed. The church is of 18th-century architecture. The barrel vaults covering the rectangular-plan building, which has body walls 1.40 meters thick, are also made of cut stone. The top is covered with grooved tiles laid over earth.
