The bath is located in the Çayboyu Neighborhood, formerly called Pirkinik, in the north of Sivas. Standing at the corner where Sivas Avenue meets 10th Street, the bath is a structure built on a rectangular plan running east to west. It was constructed using cut stone and mortar. The entrance is from the eastern end of the south façade. On the south façade, from its middle section toward the western end, the structure narrows by setting inward. The bath is covered with two domes and an earthen roof. Through the arched entrance door one enters a barrel-vaulted space.
