Terzioğlu Mansion stands in Sivas and, judging by its construction technique, plan type, and the development of the surrounding fabric, is dated to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The building reflects the typical Anatolian architecture of mud brick over a stone foundation. Its side sections are windowless and built in an attached arrangement. The house consists of a basement and two floors; the basement is built of cut stone up to plinth level, while the ground and first floors are of timber-frame construction. The gabled building has a sheet-metal roof.
