A former Armenian monastic complex near the city of Sivas. Founded in the 11th century, the Monastery of the Holy Sign (Surp Nshan) was once one of the most important places of worship for the Armenians of the Sivas region. It was abandoned after the 1915 Armenian genocide and demolished in the 1980s.
