Located within the Gumuscesme district of the Altieylul sub-province of Balikesir, this structure is part of the Balikesir Railway Station building complex. It is rectangular in plan and consists of two adjoining single-storey properties. It was registered by the Balikesir Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 378, dated 9 May 2018.
