It is located at the Maşatdere locality within the bounds of Yağcılar village in the central district of Çanakkale province. From the ceramics on the surface of this area, which is used for farming, it is thought that a small farmhouse or sub-village settlement was inhabited here during the Medieval period. It was registered by the Çanakkale Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Property by decision no. 11019 dated 26.03.2025.
