It is located within the bounds of the Cumhuriyet neighbourhood of the Ezine district of Çanakkale province. It is a single-fronted street fountain. Built of marble, the fountain abuts a residential building, with its cistern at the rear. The three-line Ottoman construction inscription on the arch panel reads: "Out of love for good deeds, the endowment of Şerife Hanım, daughter of el-Hac Halil, 1325." It was registered by the Çanakkale Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Property by decision no. 7657 dated 02.03.2022.
