It is located within the Akcakecili village of the Ezine district of Canakkale province, beside the Degirmen Stream (Hamam Stream). Structural remains extending about 60 m along the stream bank are present. The remains consist of rooms, in places covered with vaults, with walls built of rubble stone. Marble fragments broken out of the rooms can be seen in the area. At the building's entrance are two facing marble blocks thought to have formed a doorway, and the decoration and inscription on them are partly visible. A small number of Roman or Byzantine ceramic fragments can be seen in the area.
