It is located within the Kosedere village of the Ayvacik district of Canakkale province. The building, a masonry structure of regular cut stone, rough-hewn stone, and brick, is reported to have opened in 1928. It was registered by decision no. 7372 of the Canakkale Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Property, dated November 29, 2021.
