This was probably the caravanserai's original name, since it is recorded as 'Karyet Han Mirçinge' in the endowment deed (vakfiye) of the Divriği Great Mosque, drawn up in 1243 after the mosque's construction. The Mirçinge Han lies on the Erzincan-Sivas route, in the village of Handere in the Divriği district of Sivas. The caravanserai consists of an enclosed area on a rectangular plan running north to south. The interior was built with pointed arches resting on piers and a pointed-vaulted covering. This rectangular section is surrounded on all four sides by a corridor covered with pointed vaults.
