Editor's Note
The builder, patron and year of construction of the building, which stands on the western foot of Iğımbat Hill where Divriği Castle is also located, are unknown. Today only the remains of one of its walls survive, with some niches visible in the surviving section; the church's construction may be dated to the late 18th or early 19th century. From the surviving traces it can be understood that it was built using cut stone and rubble stone.
