Editor's Note
This is a building regarded as an example of Ottoman-period architecture. It bears the marks of Tanzimat-era architecture and was built in a neo-classical style. Also known as the former District Governor's Office, the building has been converted into a museum through the cooperation of the Balikesir Metropolitan Municipality and the Ivrindi Municipality.
