According to the construction inscription above the door giving entry to the prayer hall, it was built by İbrahim Ağa in 1686-87. According to the inscription on the minaret base, Süleyman Ağa, son of Ömer Ağa, had the minaret built, and Abdullah Ağa, also named in the same inscription, had it repaired. The mosque has a rectangular plan, with a flat wooden ceiling inside and a hipped roof outside. Its plan type consists of three aisles running perpendicular to the mihrab.
