The mosque was built using cut and rubble stone in the walls and timber in the roof covering. It has three aisles running perpendicular to the mihrab and a rectangular plan. The mosque is entered on the north side by way of seven rectangular cut-stone steps. The northern part of the mosque is arranged as a portico (last congregation place). This portico section, thought to have originally been built open, was later enclosed. The prayer hall is entered through a double-leaf wooden door. The inscription above the entrance bears the Basmala at the top and the date 1326 below. The prayer hall is divided into three aisles by two wooden columns each, running parallel to the mihrab.
