The Büyük Bürüngüz Anonymous Fountain is a structure that bears no inscription and that local residents say was built in the first half of the 20th century. Given its resemblance to the Meyre Fountain and the oral accounts, it must have been built in the early Republican period, before 1950. Architecturally, the fountain has a single-fronted, single-arched plan. It is positioned flush against the south wall of a house to the north of the Alaüddevle Mosque. The fountain's iwan is covered by a barrel vault, with the vault arch resting on the side walls. The arches rest on corbels projecting from the wall.
