Editor's Note
Although the Ali Saib Pasha Bath bears no inscription, according to the 1900 Ankara Provincial Yearbook and the records on page 240 of register no. 586 in the archives of the General Directorate of Foundations, it was built by Ali Saib Pasha between 1887 and 1889. The bath was planned as a single bath on a north-south axis, and the hot room features a three-iwan layout with two private cells (halvet). The bath is entered through a flat-lintelled door at the middle of the north facade.
