The building stands in the center of Sındırgı district, just southeast of the Şerif Pasha Mosque, beside the Ilıca Stream. The bath, covered by a single dome, consists of a rectangular-plan warm room (ılıklık), a nearly square hot room (sıcaklık), and a water reservoir. To its east there is also a changing area that was later altered. As construction material, dressed cut stone was used at the corners and rough-hewn and rubble stone elsewhere; brick was used for the eaves and chimneys.
