Built of Ahlat's finely cut stone, the Mirza Muhammed Tomb has a square plan with sides of 6.20 m; because its floor lies below road level, it appears low-set. The entrance door at the middle of the north side is recessed within a niche. The stone-framed doorway narrows above with muqarnas, and the corner spandrels of the niche are adorned with two decorated rosettes. A rosette also crowns the moldings of each window on the tomb's four facades.
