It stands on the Kuba Ziyaret Hill, surrounded by relatively recent graves dating from 1930 to 1950; some of these graves even have walls adjoining the tower. Its body is octagonal. It is recorded as dating from the Akkoyunlu (White Sheep) period. Its walls are built of large cut blocks of local stone, originally grey in colour, and have collapsed in places. The blocks that have come loose lie scattered inside and beside the tower. In places the inner walls also contain regular brickwork. The door faces northeast, and there is muqarnas ornamentation on one edge of the doorway. The body meets the roof with an S-shaped moulding.
