The Haciemiroglu Mansion, also known as the Metin Emiroglu Mansion, is about 180 years old and was built of a mixture of stone, wood, and adobe. Belonging to the family of Metin Emiroglu, a former minister from Arapgir, the mansion was restored by him and donated in 2012 to the Malatya Governorate for use. The restoration work carried out by the Governorate's KUBEB unit was completed in 2013, and the building was brought back to life while remaining faithful to its historic fabric.
