Location and Setting: It stood beside the Kucuk Carsi Bath in the Arapgir district, opposite the Meryem Ana (St Mary) Church, and was later relocated. Today the remains of the bath's dome and the foundations of the church can still be seen. It now stands in the garden of the Old Vocational College in Yeni Mahalle, along the route of the road to the Highways Department branch building. Present Condition: Because the fountain's overall structure shifted when it was moved, the building stands at a slant. During the fountain's reconstruction, the gaps between the cut stones were plastered with cement mortar. A concrete retaining wall was also placed in front of the fountain's basin, leaving the basin set deep.
