Location and Setting: In the Osmanpasa quarter of the Arapgir district, it is in the garden of the Ulu Cami on the hillside of rocky, stony terrain some 400 m to the north, within the settlement of the valley known as 'Eski Sehir' (the Old Town), the former location of the Arapgir district. Present Condition: With its side walls and upper covering collapsed, only the front facade niche and the basin of the fountain remain. In quite a ruined state and with very little water flowing, the fountain is no longer in use today. Patron: Unknown.
