Location and Setting: It is in the garden of the Hasan House at Cati gil, within the Eskisehir Valley settlement of Arapgir, in the Osmanpasa quarter of the Arapgir district. Present Condition: The fountain has largely kept its original form; on its front facade, the gaps between the cut stones and the upper covering have been plastered with concrete mortar. Its water flows from a metal pipe fitted over the original spout. The front face of the original basin at the base of the fountain niche has been plastered with concrete mortar. Still in use today because its water flows, the fountain is in a rather neglected state. Patron: According to its inscription, it was commissioned by Haci Muhammed Arifzade.
