Location and Setting: It stands in the village square at the entrance to Ballikaya village in the Hekimhan district of Malatya province, in the old village settlement that lies northeast of the village's former location and southeast of its new settlement. Present Condition: A free-standing fountain, its water still flows today. The spout, said to have once been of stone, has now been replaced with an iron pipe. Concrete reinforcement and minor repairs have been carried out, especially on the side walls and the rear wall of the fountain.
