Location and Setting: It stands in the village square at the entrance of the village, on Onar Street in Onar village, in the Arapgir district. Current Condition: With its abundant water, the fountain is actively used by the villagers. The fountain's surroundings have been enclosed with a rubble-stone wall, and the outer walls of the candle section, where candles are lit under a dome on Friday evenings and which stands directly opposite the fountain, have been repaired with rubble stone and coarse mortar. Of the fountain within the perimeter wall, only the inscription and a few stones presumed to be original have survived to the present day.
