Location and Setting: It stands among three mulberry trees in the village square at the entrance of Eski Arapgir (Karaca) village, in the Arapgir district. Current Condition: Although there has been an effort to preserve the original form of this fountain, which remains in use today, after the restoration carried out in 2013 its inscription was embedded in a block of marble. The original channel through which the water flowed and the resting bench were removed and left beside the fountain's side wall. The original water spout was also removed and fitted to another fountain built within a wall in the square.
