Location and Setting: It stands beside the "Mecit Dayi House" in the Lower quarter of the Anberge (Kayakesen) quarter of the Arapgir district. Current Condition: The fountain still flows today and is used by the villagers. The structure's barrel-vaulted canopy was later filled in with rubble stone and turned into a flat roof. Today the villagers are seen using the fountain's flattened roof to dry food in the summer months. It is used as a fountain by the villagers. The L-shaped trough now in use, made of cement mortar, was added later.
