Location and Setting: It stands beside the village pond at the entrance of Karamahmut village, in the Hekimhan district. Current Condition: The fountain still flows today and is used by the villagers. Having largely preserved its original form, the fountain underwent repair in 1950, according to information obtained from local people. The repairs evidently used cement mortar between the cut stones. The left side of the rectangular inscription within the fountain niche has been plastered with coarse mortar. The fountain has been enclosed within a courtyard by a perimeter wall built later.
