The Halil Rifat Pasha Bridge was commissioned in the late 19th century, during the Ottoman period, by Halil Rifat Pasha. Located within the boundaries of Yesilkale village in the Kangal district of Sivas, on the old Sivas-Malatya road, the bridge is built of cut stone and is a single-arched structure with a cross arch. Measuring 10.50 meters long and 3.80 meters wide, it stands out for its flood breakwater, retaining walls, and sturdy stonework. Still in use today, the bridge is architecturally well preserved.
