Editor's Note
The Kistağ Church is located in the Yağlıca (Kistağ) hamlet of Dörtbölük (Cemelan) village in the Sason district of Batman province. The rectangular, single-nave building was constructed using cut and rubble stone. Because it is now used as a barn and hayloft, its original architectural features have been largely destroyed. Now covered with a modern roof, the church has lost its function but remains among the region's historic religious buildings.
