Set within an orchard in Topluca village in the Sason district of Batman, this small church is a single-nave, rectangular-plan structure that is largely in ruins. Its walls, roughly 1.50 metres thick, are built of coarsely hewn large stones, and of the surviving remains only the north façade, part of its projecting polygonal apse, and the retaining walls can be made out. The church's former name was the Surp Simeon (Mitenk) Church.
