Editor's Note
The building's ground-floor windows are arched with nested niches and have sliding sashes. The structure has a hipped roof. The two-story building, with stone foundations, was built of mudbrick, but the projecting bays were made with timber infill. The building was restored under the Conservation Board's decision no. 486 of 25 May 2007. It is owned by the Governorship of Malatya.
