Editor's Note
Site and Location: It stands in the village square of the old village settlement in the Seyituşağı neighborhood of the Yeşilyurt district. Present Condition: The structure has largely kept its original form, and its water still flows and is in use today. Traces of concrete mortar can be seen between the dressed stones on the fountain's front facade. The spout and basins, however, have not survived in their original form to the present day. Commissioned by: According to its inscription, it was built by Mahmûd Ağa, son of Mamo Beg. History: According to its inscription, it was built in AH 1328 (AD 1910). Inscription: Set within a niche, at the top, measuring 25 x 45 cm.
