Editor's Note
Traces of settlement survive on a hilltop area at the Seyfolar (Tahir) locality in the Karapınar neighborhood. Settlement remains are visible on the surface. Archaeological technical surveys show that the site's stratigraphy stretches from the early phases of the Bronze Age, namely the Early and Middle Bronze periods, through to a Roman-period settlement.
