Location and Setting: It is located on plot 24, sheet 1, at the Köy İçi locality in İri Ağaç Quarter, Yazıhan district, Malatya province. To the east of the shrine there is a pool, with a water channel in the eastern facade wall; to the south there are water tanks, and to the north there are later-built outbuildings comprising a soup kitchen, hearth, and latrine. The Seyit Sultan Ali Shrine is in the first room, on the southern facade wall. Present Condition: Today the fountain, whose water still flows and is believed to be healing, is used as a shrine.
