The mosque, which has a square plan and a prayer hall built of cut stone, is covered by a concrete dome. The dome drum has round-arched windows. The mosque was built in 1960, and its portico (last congregation place) was added in the 1970s. Marble was used here and there on the exterior body walls of the mosque. These materials are thought to be spolia. There are inscription panels beside and above the door on the east facade, left blank. The minaret was built of cut stone at the northwest.
