Smaller in size than the Bezirhane, the Haralam Building Complex dates to the 10th–11th centuries and lies at the northeast end of the valley. With its more limited spaces, it was probably built for a small family. A church stands at the centre, with a kitchen, stable, and other rooms around it. The east side of the complex is rocky and contains no structures. The function of the rooms to the east and west of the church is unknown. The niches and a chimney hole in the walls of the rectangular space to the southwest suggest that it may have been a kitchen. An oven was found to the south of the entrance to the same space.
