The Maraşoğlu Bridge was built in 1865 by Vasilios Maraşoğlu, a member of one of Sinasos's leading Greek families. Notable for its stonework, the bridge rests on three pointed arches and is 16 metres long and 2.5 metres wide. The soundness of the structure, built of cut stone, reflects the engineering skill of the period. One of the bridge's most distinctive architectural features is its inscription, which bears texts in both Ottoman Turkish and Greek.
