The Bahri Mosque in Battalgazi, Malatya, is an important historic building notable for its wooden-ceilinged architecture. Set on an area of 205 square metres, the mosque is a fine example of traditional woodwork. Its inscription shows that the building was restored in 1863-1864 by Hasan Ağa. With both its architectural features and its history, it holds great importance for the region's cultural heritage. 1
