Şişman Han, in the village of Şişman in the Battalgazi district of Malatya, is thought to have been built around the 1230s in the Seljuk period. Now largely in ruins, the han has been damaged over time, with some sections destroyed. Said to lie on one of the routes of the historic Silk Road, the building awaits restoration. 1
