According to its construction inscription, it was built in 1741. The building underwent various repairs in later periods. Largely retaining its original character, the mosque has a prayer hall consisting of a single space with a small central dome surrounded by a hipped roof. The portico for latecomers is placed on the east side of the prayer hall. The mosque's roof system is arranged as cladding over wooden posts.
