Editor's Note
Obruk Han is a caravanserai built in 1240 on the Aksaray-Konya road. Consisting of an eight-aisled covered section running east-west and a wide courtyard, the building's covered part is in considerable ruin. There are porticoes on the north and south sides of the courtyard and a two-story entrance section on the west. Kurt Erdmann visited this han.
