Editor's Note
The Nalıncı Baba Tomb stood on Alâeddin Avenue, within the boundaries of the Kürkçü (today Şükran) neighborhood in the Meram district of Konya. The tomb lay to the east of the former municipality building and to the west of the Tekel building. As Selçuk Es notes in his memoirs, the tomb stood just to the south of the Rehber-i Hürriyet School. In some sources, however, the tomb's location is mistakenly given as the site of the Tekel building. Yet that building was constructed on the site previously occupied by the Muhaddiszade Madrasa.
