This is a mosque located in the center of the town of Tepekent in the Selcuklu district of Konya province, built during the Seljuk period. It is said that the Asagi Merkez Mosque, still in use today, was commissioned in 1269 by the daughter of the Seljuk sultan Alaeddin Keykubad. The mosque has been registered as a cultural asset requiring protection.
