As the building was constructed very plainly, no decorative elements can be seen. A severed head lies here. There are many legends and rumors about it, the strongest being that the person buried here is Shams of Tabriz. In his work titled "Mevlana," Mehmet Onder noted this belief through his research, stating that "the Kesikbas (Severed Head) Tomb in Nigde is also attributed to Shams."
