A mansion in the Yukari Kayabasi neighborhood of central Nigde, thought to have been left by the Karamanli Greeks of the Late Ottoman period. It is a masonry building with a courtyard, laid out on a rectangular plan. Its ground floor is built of cut stone over rubble walls. Inside there is an inscription dated 1861. The courtyard also has seating areas, which are part of the mansion's outbuildings.
