Tille Höyük is an archaeological settlement mound on the west bank of the Euphrates, some 30-60 km east of the Kâhta district of Adıyaman Province. On its slopes lies a small village formerly called Tille, today known as Geldibuldu. Set in the narrow valley of a stream joining the Euphrates, the mound measures about 200 by 140 metres and rises some 26 metres high.
