Editor's Note
The Turbe Sifa Hamam stood in Konya at Turbeonu, immediately west of the Selimiye Mosque and in line with the Muvakkithane. The entrance to the men's section was directly beside the muvakkithane. The building was a double bath dating to the Karamanid or Early Ottoman period. However, this historic structure was demolished in 1955 under the pretext of opening up a public square. Because the Turbe Hamam was demolished in 1955, knowledge of the building has been described and dated in detail only by Yilmaz Onge, based on existing drawings and documents. Onge, Sehabettin Uzluk, M. Onder, I. H.
